European engineering, North American support and service
We historically partner with European companies. Baumer provides wrap-around case packers, shrink wrappers and combined machines. ARP specializes in monoblock end of lines. Fromfroid brings more than 50 year's expertise in cooling solutions and air treatment.
More than agents, our multidisciplinary bilingual team is trained to respond and adapt quickly to any situation. We also offer troubleshooting support via phone, email and video across all North American time zones. With a large inventory of parts stocked in our Montreal warehouse and a network of local suppliers, we can usually ship the next day across the US.
Our approach
We are both integrators and machine suppliers. Just tell us the final packaging you'd like to have for your products, we will automate it. Our service technicians are trained to install, start and service all our lines. We offer turnkey projects, for a smooth customer experience. We take care of line and packaging design, then we install it. We don't leave your plant until you get entire satisfaction.
