This filler has a unique cup format and product flexibility. Change-over from 65 to 95 mm or from 95 to 125 mm cup diametre is achieved in less than 10 mn.

This filler evolves as you grow. Start with a 4,000 cups/hr capacity, and upgrade it later up to 22,000 cups/hr. Need an additional capless aluminum foil sealing device? We will just insert this module like a LEGO® block in your existing filler.
Incredible product flexibility.
No filling nozzle change over required when liquid is more viscous. Product filling from 50 up to 2,500 cps is possible with the same nozzle.

When switching between a 65 and 95 mm cup diameter, orfrom a 95 to 125 mm cup diameter, you won’t need tochange out any parts. Same thing for products with a heightbetween 50 and 150 mm. Plus, our transfer system can adaptto any cup shape: square, round, scround, or even star-shaped!

Disinfection tests on packaging have validated a log.

Universal Filling Nozzle
The same nozzle can handle liquids, viscous products with or without pieces. Fruits on top/bottom are possible. Avoid foaming while filling.
